The Secretary General of the Autorité des marchés financiers,
In view of the monetary and financial code, in particular Article L. 621-5-1;
Due to Act No. 2003-706 of 1 August 2003 on security Financial;
Having regard to Decree No 2003-1109 of 21 November 2003 on the Autorité des marchés financiers, in particular Article 30 and section 2 " Budget and accounting regime ", Articles 32 to 45;
In view of the decision of the President of the Authority Financial markets appointing Gérard Rameix as Secretary-General of the Autorité des marchés financiers as of 1 January 2004,
Decides:

Article 1

Permanent Delegation is given to Mr Bruno Gizard, Deputy Secretary-General, Director of Providers, of the Management and savings, to sign, on behalf of the Secretary General of the AMF, all acts and correspondence relating to the determination of the revenue of the service provider, management and savings.

Article 2

This decision will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
