Decision No. 2005-1024 dated 15 November 2005 amending Decision No. 95-859 of 19 December 1995 authorizing the SARL Vision for the operation of a terrestrial radio service in modulation Frequency entitled " Chérie FM Vienne and decisions n ° 2000-735 of 24 May 2000 and No. 2005-416 of 6 July 2005 renewing this authorization

The Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
In view of Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, in particular its article 42-3;
In view of Decision No. 95-859 Of December 19, 1995, authorizing SARL Vision for the operation of a terrestrial microwave radio service known as Chérie FM Vienna and Decisions No. 2000-735 of 24 May 2000 and No. 2005-416 of 6 July 2005 Renewal of this authorization;
Given the existing agreement between the Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel and the SARL Vision;
Given the request for a change in ownership by SARL Vision for the Vienna area;
After Have deliberated, Decides:

Item 1

The permission granted to SARL Vision on the Vienna Area is transferred to the company Chérie FM Network.

Article 2

This decision will be notified to Chérie FM Network and published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
