DECISION
Decision 2005-1023 of 15 November 2005 amending Decision No. 96-335 of 9 January 1996 authorising la SARL Item 4 for the operation of a terrestrial radio service in modulation Frequency entitled Chérie FM Saint-Etienne, Chérie FM Villefranche-sur-Saône and decisions n ° 2000-711 of 2 May 2000 and n ° 2005-415 of 6 July 2005 renewing this authorisation

The Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
In view of Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, in particular its article 42-3;
In view of Decision No. 96-335 Du 9 January 1996 authorizing la SARL Poste 4 for the operation of a terrestrial radio service in frequency modulation entitled " Chérie FM Saint-Etienne, Chérie FM Villefranche-sur-Saône et les decisions n ° 2000-711 dated 2 May 2000 And No. 2005-415 of 6 July 2005 renewing this authorisation;
Given the existing agreement between the Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel et la SARL Item 4;
In view of the request for a change in ownership by the SARL Item 4 for the zones of Bourgoin-La Tour-du-Pin, Roanne, Saint-Etienne, Villefranche-sur-Saône;
After deliberating,
Decides:

Item 1

The authorization granted to SARL Item 4 on the Bourgoin areas-La Tour-du-Pin, Roanne, Saint-Etienne, Villefranche-sur-Saône is transferred to the company Chérie FM Network.

Article 2

This decision will be notified to the company Chérie FM Network and published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
