Decision No. 2005-1009 dated 15 November 2005 amending Decision No. 97-713 of 4 November 1997 authorizing SARL NRJ Local programmes to operate a terrestrial microwave radio service in frequency modulation NRJ Rouen and Decision No. 2002-760 of 28 May 2002 renewing this authorisation

The Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
In view of Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, in particular its article 42-3;
In view of Decision No. 97-713 Dated November 4, 1997, authorizing SARL NRJ Local Programs to operate a terrestrial radio frequency modulation radio service known as NRJ Rouen and Decision No. 2002-760 dated 28 May 2002 renewing this authorization ;
Given the existing agreement between the Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel et la SARL NRJ Local Programs;
Due to the request for a change in ownership by the NRJ NRJ Local Programs for the Rouen area;
After Deliberate,
Decides:

Item 1

The authority granted to SARL NRJ Local Programs on the Rouen area is transferred to the SAS NRJ Network.

Article 2

This decision will be notified to the SAS NRJ Network and published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
