Having regard to Decree No. 85-779 of 24 July 1985 amending the application of Article 25 of the Law No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 fixing the higher posts for which the appointment is left to the decision of the Government;
Given the decree of 31 May 2005 appointing the Prime Minister;
In view of the decree of 2 June 2005 on the Composition of the Government;
Having regard to Decree No. 2005-669 of 16 June 2005 on the powers of the Minister of State, Minister for the Interior and Regional Planning;
In the light of Decree No. 2005-772 of 11 July 2005 on allocations The Minister delegated to land use planning;
Given the decree n ° 2005-1791 of 31 December 2005 creating an inter-ministerial delegation to the development and competitiveness of the territories;
The Council of Ministers heard,

Mr. Pierre Mirabaud, prefect, is appointed as an interdepartmental delegate to the development and competitiveness of the Territory.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of State, Minister for the Interior and Spatial Planning, and the Minister Delegate for Regional Planning shall be responsible, as far as it is concerned, for the application of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
