ARRETE
Decree of 16 November 2005 laying down the limits of the exercise of certain powers entrusted to the authorities belonging to the central administration of the Ministry of Defence

The Minister of Defence,
In light of the amended Decree No. 2000-1178 of 4 December 2000 on the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Defence;
Decree No. 2005-850 of 27 July 2005 concerning the signature delegations of the members of the Government,
Stop:

Item 1
The military and civil authorities placed at the head of the bodies listed by the decree of 4 December 2000 are exercising some of the powers entrusted to them by the Minister of Defence in the Limits and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the annexes:
-in the field of financial management (cf. Annex 1);
-in material management (cf. Annex 2);
-in the field of public operations (cf. Appendix 3);
-in various materials (cf. Annex 4).

These powers may be the subject of the signature delegations provided for in Article 3 of the decree of 27 July 2005.
