The national program company France 3 is authorized to use the channel mentioned in the Annex to this Decision to disseminate its program. The allocation of this channel shall be subject to the conditions set out in the Annex hereto.
This Decision shall be notified To the national programme company France 3 and published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
