The beneficiaries of the supervision grant provided for in Article 2a of the decree of 15 February 1995 referred to above are classified into three levels of responsibility:
Outside category: technicians of cultural services And des Bâtiments de France carrying out the functions of a team of more than 80 agents or deputies of a team leader of more than 150 agents;
1st category: technicians of cultural services and buildings of France Carrying out the duties of a team consisting of 31 to 80 officers or assistants of a staff member of more than 80 agents;
2nd category: technicians of cultural services and of buildings of France carrying out the duties Coaching a team with 5 to 30 officers or assistants from a team of 31 to 80 agents.
The annual amounts of the framing premium are fixed at:
Outside category: 1 728.32 EUR.
1st category: 1 152.21 EUR.
2nd category: 823.08 EUR.
The number of framing premiums is fixed at:
Out of category: 5.
1st category: 25.
2nd category: 35.
The Director of the Budget in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Director of General Administration at the Ministry of Culture and Communication and the Director General of The administration and the civil service at the Ministry of Public Service, the reform of the State and the spatial planning of the territory shall each be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal Of the French Republic.
