In light of Decree No 82-389 of 10 May 1982 concerning the powers of the prefects and the action of public services and bodies in the State Departments, in particular Article 24-1;
In view of the deliberation of the municipal council of the commune of Bailly on 4 September 2003;
In view of the opinion of the Joint Technical Committee of the National Police Services of the Yvelines en Date of 19 December 2003;
The Conseil d' Etat (section of the interior) heard,
Describes:
The state police regime is abolished on the territory of the commune of Bailly (Yvelines).
Section 1 of this Order takes effect as of January 5, 2004.
The Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms, the Minister of Defence, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of the Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning, the Minister Delegate for Budget and Budget Reform, the Minister of Local Freedoms and the Secretary of State for State Reform Shall each be responsible for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
