Decision No. 2005-998 dated 15 November 2005 amending Decision No. 91-598 of 26 June 1991 authorizing the SARL Media Concept for the operation of a terrestrial radio service in modulation Frequency referred to as Chérie FM Eure-et-Loir and the decisions n ° 95-1084 of 12 December 1995 and n ° 2000-1357 of 12 December 2000 renewing this authorisation

The Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
In view of Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, in particular its article 42-3;
In view of Decision No. 91-598 On June 26, 1991, authorizing SARL Média Concept for the operation of a terrestrial terrestrial radio service in frequency modulation called Chérie FM Eure-et-Loir and Decisions Nos. 95-1084 of 12 December 1995 and No. 2000-1357 of 12 December 2000 to renew this authorization;
In view of the existing agreement between the Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel and the SARL Media Concept;
In view of the request for change of ownership addressed by the SARL Media Concept For the zone of Chartres;
After having deliberated, Decides:

Item 1


Approval granted to SARL Media Concept on the Toulouse area is transferred to SAS Chérie FM Network.

Article 2


This Decision will be notified to SAS Chérie FM Network and published in the Official Journal of the Republic French.
