DECISION
Decision 2005-994 of 15 November 2005 amending Decision No 92-116 of 18 February 1992 authorising SARL Broadcasting Advertising Communication Animation (RPCA) for l' a radio service by Terrestrial radio channel in frequency modulation called Chérie FM Pyrénées and decisions No. 96-927 of 3 September 1996 and n ° 2001-719 of 4 September 2001 renewing this authorisation

The Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
In view of Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, in particular its article 42-3;
In view of Decision No 92-116 Of February 18, 1992, authorizing the SARL Broadcasting Advertising Communication Animation (RPCA) for the operation of a terrestrial radio service in radio frequency modulation called Chérie FM Pyrénées and decisions No. 96-927 of 3 September 1996 and n ° 2001-719 of 4 September 2001 to renew this authorization;
Given the existing agreement between the Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel and the SARL Broadcasting Advertising Communication Animation (RPCA);
In view of the request for a change in ownership by SARL Broadcasting Advertising Communication Animation (RPCA) for the areas of Perpignan, Prades, Osséja, Eyne and Céret;
After having deliberated,
Decides:

Item 1

The authority granted to SARL Broadcasting Advertising Communication Animation (RPCA) on Perpignan, Prades, Osséja, Eyne and Céret is transferred to SAS Chérie FM Network.

Article 2

This decision will be notified to the SAS FM Network and published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
