Decision No. 2005-993 of 15 November 2005 amending Decision No. 93-263 of 27 April 1993 authorizing the SARL Frequency 31 for the operation of a terrestrial radio service in modulation Frequency called Chérie FM Toulouse and Decisions Nos. 97-845 of 4 November 1997 and No. 2002-957 of 22 October 2002 renewing this authorisation

The Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
In view of Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, in particular its article 42-3;
In view of Decision No. 93-263 Of April 27, 1993, authorizing SARL Frequency 31 for the operation of a terrestrial radio-radio service in frequency modulation called Chérie FM Toulouse and Decisions No. 97-845 of 4 November 1997 and n ° 2002-957 of 22 October 2002 Renewal of this authorization;
Given the existing agreement between the Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel et la SARL Frequency 31;
Given the request for a change in ownership by SARL Frequency 31 for the area of Toulouse;
After deliberation,
Decides:

Item 1

Approval granted to SARL Frequency 31 on the Toulouse area is transferred to SAS Chérie FM Network.

Article 2

This Decision will be notified to SAS Chérie FM Network and published in the Official Journal of the Republic French.
