Decision No. 2005-991 of 15 November 2005 amending Decision No. 92-784 of 25 August 1992 authorizing the SARL CFM 89 for the operation of a terrestrial radio sound radio service in modulation Frequency known as NRJ Beauvais and Decisions No. 97-518 of 23 February 1997 and No. 2002-515 of 5 February 2002 renewing this authorisation

The Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
In view of Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, in particular its articles 42-3;
In view of Decision No 92-784 Dated 25 August 1992 authorizing the SARL CFM 89 for the operation of a terrestrial radio frequency modulation radio service known as NRJ Beauvais and Decisions No. 97-518 of February 23, 1997 and No. 2002-515 of February 5, 2002
to the agreement in force between the Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel et la SARL CFM 89;
In view of the request for a change in ownership by SARL CFM 89 for the Beauvais area ;
After deliberation,
Decides:

Item 1

The authorization granted to CFM 89 SARL on Beauvais is transferred to the SAS NRJ Network.

Article 2

This decision will be notified to the SAS NRJ Network and published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
