The Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
In view of Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, in particular its article 42-3;
In view of Decision No. 96-243 On 7 May 1996 authorising the CNS Europe 2 Communication for the operation of a terrestrial terrestrial radio service in frequency modulation called Europe 2 and Decisions No. 2000-957 of 24 May 2000 and n ° 2005-536 of 11 July 2005 To renew this authorization;
Given the existing agreement between the Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel et la SNC Europe 2 Communication;
Given the demand for change in ownership of the CNS Europe 2 Communication For the zone of Cosne-sur-Loire;
After having deliberated, Decides:

Item 1

Approval granted to SNC Europe 2 Communication on the Cosne-sur-Loire area is transferred to the CNS Europe 2 Enterprises.

Article 2

This Decision will be notified to the SNC Europe 2 Enterprises and published in the Official Journal of The French Republic.
