Decree of 3 January 2006 for Reintegration (Judiciary)

By order of the President of the Republic dated January 3, 2006, Mr. Eric Sievers, Judge of the second grade, placed in a position of availability, is reinstated in the judicial body as from 1 April 2005, in order to be admitted, on his application, to assert his rights at retirement.
