Order of 23 December 2005 authorising the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Montpellier to use the loan

The Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises, Commerce, Handicrafts and Professions,
In view of the trade code;
In view of the Act of 9 April 1898 on the Chambers of Trade and industry, in particular Articles 22 to 26;
In view of the deliberation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, of Montpellier as of 15 April 2005;
In view of the Order of 29 December 2003 concerning the concession of the aerodrome of Mediterranean-Mediterranean to the Montpellier Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
In view of the opinion of the Economic and Social Investment Committee of 17 June 2005;
In the opinion of the Ministry of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the sea as of July 20, 2005,

Item 1

The Montpellier Chamber of Commerce and Industry is authorized to enter into a total loan of 827,000 for To finance the 2005 investment programme for the Mediterranean-Mediterranean airport.
The amortization of this loan, which can be repaid in advance, will be carried out within a maximum of fifteen years.
Service of interest and Amortization of this loan will be funded.

Article 2

The Director of Commerce, Handicrafts, Services and Professions Shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
