Having regard to the amendment No. 87 to the national interprofessional agreement of 8 December 1961, signed on 7 June 2005;
In view of the request for extension and enlargement presented by the organisations Signatories as of 5 July 2005;
In view of the opinion on the extension and enlargement of the amendment No. 87 published in the Official Journal of 6 October 2005;
In view of the opinion of the committee referred to in Article L. 911-3 of the Safety Code Date of 24 October 2005, Stop:
Are extended, in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 911-3 of the Social Security Code, the provisions Amendment No 87 to the National Interprofessional Agreement of 8 December 1961, signed on 7 June 2005.
The effect of this extension is to make the provisions of this amendment mandatory for all employees, former employees and their dependants, and For all employers included in the scope of the agreement of 8 December 1961.
Expanded, as required The provisions of Article L. 911-4 of the Social Security Code, the provisions of Amendment No 87 to the National Interprofessional Agreement of 8 December 1961, signed on 7 June 2005.
This extension makes the provisions of This binding amendment for all employees, former employees and their successors in title and for all employers included in the scope of the agreement of 8 December 1961 as extended by the orders of 15 March 1973, 11 June 1973, 25 June 1973, 6 April 1976, 20 October 1986, 21 June 1988, 5 December 1988, 7 July 1989 and 13 June 1994 extending the occupational and territorial scope of the agreement of 8 December 1961 referred to above.
The Director of Social Security and the Director of the Budget shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be Published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
