By order of the Minister of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea in Date of 27 December 2005, is authorised for the year 2006 the opening of a competition on professional tests for the recruitment of chief inspectors of public works of the state (women and men) in the fields:
Development And Terrestrial infrastructure;
River, marine and port development and infrastructure;
Phares and maritime beacons and safety.
Registration closing is February 17, 2006.
The date of the written tests is Set from April 6, 2006.
The number of places offered will be the subject of a subsequent order which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
1. All additional information can be obtained by telephone, letter or visit:
a) For all, regardless of residency, on the intranet (MTETM agents) at:
http://intra.dps.i2/concours/telechargement.htm; or On the internet at: www.equipement.gouv.fr/recrutement;
b) For people who do not live in Paris (75), with a departmental directorate of equipment (DDE);
(c) For people living in Paris (75), with management Regional equipment of Ile-de-France (DREIF) (office of training and competitions), 21-23, rue Miollis, 75732 Paris Cedex 15.
2. The registration dossiers shall be obtained exclusively, in accordance with the instructions contained in the notice corresponding to the requested contest:
(a) For all, without distinction of place of residence, by downloading on the intranet (MTETM agents) to The address:
http://intra.dps.i2/concours/telechargement.htm; or on the Internet at www.equipement.gouv.fr/recrutement. In both cases, refer to the column "Withdrawal of files" in the appropriate table, on the line corresponding to the requested competition;
(b) For non-Paris residents (75) by mail or visit to the DDE of the Department of Residence;
c) Pour les personnes habitant Paris (75), par courrier ou visite, auprès de la Direction régionale de l' Equipment d' Ile-de-France (DREIF) (bureau de la formation et des Competitions), 21-23, rue Miollis, 75732 Paris Cedex 15. To receive a file by mail, attach to the application an envelope in the format 22.9 x 32.1 cm, labelled with the name and address of the candidate and postage paid at EUR 1.75.
If not, no folders will be sent.
3. For all applicants, applications for registration will be submitted on the forms specifically established for each competition by the DGPA/RCF 2 office of the Directorate-General for Administration and Personnel.
Folders Registration accompanied by the required parts shall be exclusively entrusted to the postal services in good time so that the shipping envelope addressed to the Ministry of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea (DGPA/RCF 2) presents The date of the obliteration of Friday, 17 February 2006 at the latest (the postmark being postmarked).

Date of End of entry of entries by internet is fixed at midnight on Friday, 17 February 2006, the closing date of entries.
Until this closing date of registrations, candidates already registered by the Internet may change the data of the Their file with their name and a personal code assigned to them when they are registered by teleprocedure.
Any changes must be revalidated, which is done via the Internet.
