NOTICE
Notice concerning the extension of the agreement entered into under the National Collective Agreement for Private Theatres

Pursuant to Article L. 133-8 of the Labour Code, the Minister for Employment, of Social cohesion and housing plans to take an order to make the provisions of the following agreement compulsory for all employers and employees entering its field of application.
The text of this agreement Can be consulted in a departmental directorate of labour, employment and vocational training.
Within 15 days, professional organizations and all interested persons are requested to make known their Comments and opinions on the proposed generalization.
Their communications should be addressed to the Ministry of Employment, Social Cohesion and Housing (DGT, office RT 2), 39-43, quai André-Citroën, 75902 Paris Cedex 15.
Agreement whose extension is envisaged:
Memorandum of Understanding of 18 October 2006 (two attached scales).
Depot:
Labour Branch at the Ministry of Employment, Social Cohesion and Housing.
Object:
Salaries Minimum and various allowances.
Signatories:
Private Theatre Directors' Union;
Trade union organizations interested in CGT, CGT-FO, CFTC, CFDT and CFE-CGC;
UNSA-Show & Communication;
SIA-UNSA.
