NOTICE
Notice with respect to the extension of the National Collective Agreement of the Sedentary Staff of Free Navigation Companies in the National Collective Agreement

Pursuant to Article L. 133-8 of the Labour Code, the Minister for Employment, of Social cohesion and housing plans to take an order to make the provisions of the following agreement compulsory for all employers and employees entering its field of application.
The text of this agreement Can be consulted in a departmental directorate of labour, employment and vocational training.
Within 15 days, professional organizations and all interested persons are requested to make known their Comments and opinions on the proposed generalization.
Their communications should be addressed to the Ministry of Employment, Social Cohesion and Housing (DGT, office RT 2), 39-43, quai André-Citroën, 75902 Paris Cedex 15.
Agreement whose extension is envisaged:
Agreement of 21 November 2005 (Schedule attached).

Minimum Remuneration

Central Committee of French Shipowners;
