Decree of 15 December 2006 on the creation of the mention "rugby union" of the diploma d' higher state of youth, of public education and sport, speciality "sporting performance"

The Minister of Youth, Sports and Associative Life,
In the light of Decree No. 2006-1419 of 20 November 2006 on the General Regulation of the Higher State diploma of Youth, of Public education and sport issued by the Ministry of Youth and Sports;
In the light of the decree of 8 May 1974 fixing the tests for the specific training examination of the State patent for the second degree option " rugby ", as amended by the Order of 30 April 1992;
In view of the Decree of 29 April 1994 on the modalities for obtaining the State patent of the second-degree sport educator option" rugby " by continuous monitoring of knowledge during training Under the responsibility of the Minister responsible for Sport;
In view of the Order of July 7, 2006, the creation of the professional patent for youth, popular education and specialty sport "group sports activities";
In view of the Order of 20 November 2006 Organising the higher state diploma of youth, popular education and sport speciality sports performance issued by the Ministry responsible for Youth and Sports;
In view of the opinion of the Professional Committee Sport and Animation Trades Advisory as of December 14, 2006;
