In view of the Decree of 29 April 1994 on the modalities for obtaining the State patent of the second-degree sport educator option" rugby " by continuous monitoring of knowledge during training Under the responsibility of the Minister responsible for Sport;
In view of the Order of July 7, 2006, the creation of the professional patent for youth, popular education and specialty sport "group sports activities";
In view of the Order of 20 November 2006 Organising the higher state diploma of youth, popular education and sport speciality sports performance issued by the Ministry responsible for Youth and Sports;
In view of the opinion of the Professional Committee Sport and Animation Trades Advisory as of December 14, 2006;
On the proposal of the Director of Associative Life, Employment and Training,
Stop:
A reference to "rugby union" of the higher state diploma of youth, popular education and sports "sport performance" is created.
The possession of the diploma referred to in the foregoing Article confers on its holder, in the field of rugby union, the competencies attested in the relative certification repository:
-to the preparation A strategic rugby union performance project;
-the piloting of a rugby union training system;
-the leadership of a sports project;
-the evaluation of a rugby union training system;
-the organization Training courses for trainers.
The prerequisite requirements for accessing the training provided for in Article 10 of the Decree of 20 November 2006 are as follows:
-be able to perform a technical analysis of a sequence of Match for national or international competition in rugby union activity;
-be able to identify priority work objectives for competitors;
-be able to offer training situations Adapted to these priority objectives.

Candidates with one of the following degrees are exempt from the pre-entry requirements mentioned in the previous article:

- Diploma of state of youth, popular education and sport speciality "sports development", mention "rugby union".
The pre-educational requirements are as follows:
-being able to assess the objective risks associated with the practice of the discipline;
-being able to assess risks Objectives related to the activity for the practitioner;
-being able to control the behaviour and actions to be taken in the event of an incident or accident;
-being able to implement a formative situation.
Candidates with one of the following degrees are exempt from the pre-educational requirements:
-the federal graduate diploma in the second full cycle in both Courses (rugby and training schools) issued by the French Rugby Federation;
-Federal patent for young coach issued by the French Rugby Federation;
-Federal coach certificate issued by the French Rugby Federation Rugby;
-First Degree Sports Educator Status Card "rugby";
-professional youth patent, popular education and sport specialty "group sports activities", "rugby union";
-diploma Of the state of youth, popular education and sport speciality "sports development", mention "rugby union".
The State Patent of Sports Educator of the second degree option "rugby" is equivalent to the higher state diploma of the youth of popular education and sports specialty "sporting performance", mention " Rugby union ".
The Order of May 8, 1974, above, is repealed effective January 1, 2008.
The Order of April 29, 1994, is repealed effective January 1, 2011.
The Director of Associative Life, Employment and Training is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
