Order of December 19, 2006 amending the October 22, 2003, and fixing the multi-year funding plan template for a social or medico-social institution

The Minister of Employment, Social Cohesion and Housing and the Minister of Health and Solidarity,
In view of the Code of Social Action and Families, including articles R. 314-10, R. 314-13, R. 314-17, R. 314-19, R. 314-48 and R. 314-82;
In view of the decision of 22 October 2003 fixing the models of documents provided for in Articles R. 314-10, R. 314-13, R. 314-17, R. 314-19, R. 314-48 and R. 314-82 of the Code of Social Action and Families,
Stop:

Article 1

Schedule 2 provided for in Article 2 of the Order of 22 October 2003 referred to under Article R. 1. 314-17 and Article R. 314-20 of the Code of Social Action and Families is replaced by the Annex contained in this Order.

Item 2

The Director General of Social Action is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
