Due to Act No. 99-894 of 22 October 1999 on the general organisation of the military reserve and the defence service, as amended by Act No. 2006-449 of 18 April 2006, in particular Article 10;
In view of the conventions in support of the military reserve policy signed between the Ministry of Defence and the territorial authorities, public institutions, organisations and undertakings listed in the article 1st of this Order,

In accordance with the last paragraph of Article 10 of the aforementioned Act of 22 October 1999, the quality of "national defence partner" is attributed to:
-to the General Council of the Haut-Rhin ;
-in the commune of Balma (Haute-Garonne);
-at the Assistance Public Hospitals of Paris (AP-HP);
-at the Collège François Truffaut of Saint-Martin-de-Seignanx (Landes);
-the chambers of commerce and industry of Dijon and of Strasbourg and Bas-Rhin;
-to the Association of Commercial Officers of France (DCF) of Toulouse;
-to companies AD2E, Castaignède Gilles consultant, group AB & C, group Unicare, hypermarket Carrefour de Mont-de-Marsan, ISS hygiene Services, agency of Toulouse, Martial Ducos formation, Mas, SAS SEB sites de Bourgogne, SAS SODIGAR, centre E. Leclerc de Roques (Haute-Garonne), Silogic, Société de Banque et d' expansion (SBE), Suez, Techsoft.
This Order will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
