DECISION
Decision 2005-966 of 22 November 2005 amending Decision No. 2002-529 of 5 February 2002 for the renewal of the authorisation issued to SA SODERA for l' radio service by way Terrestrial microwave frequency modulation entitled RTL 2

The Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
In view of the amended Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, and in particular Articles 22 and 25;
In view of Decision No. 2002-529 dated 5 February 2002 renewal of the authority granted to SA SODERA for the operation of a terrestrial over-the-air radio broadcasting service in frequency modulation entitled RTL 2;
In view of the Agency's opinion National frequency;
After deliberation,
Decides:

Article 1

Annex I to Decision No. 2002-529 of 5 February 2002 is replaced by the following Annex:

Scheduling Area: Melun.
Frequency: 102.1 MHz.
Issuing site: TDF, Lisay Bois de Montaigu, 77000 Melun.
Site altitude: 95 metres.
Antenna altitude: 157 meters.
Power (PAR): 1 kW.
Constraints: 300 W in the azimuth sector 340 ° /60 °.
(*) Subject to the favourable opinion of International coordination. "

Article 2

This decision will be notified to SA SODERA and published in the Official Journal of the Republic French.
