Decision 2005-958 of 29 November 2005 amending Decision No. 2005-189 of 22 March 2005 for the renewal of the authorisation issued to the association municipal sports and culture office of Cernay For operation of a Category B radio service by terrestrial radio frequency modulation entitled Radio Cigogne

The Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
In view of the amended Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, and in particular Articles 22 and 25;
In view of Decision No. 2005-189 dated 22 March 2005 renewal of the authority granted to the Association municipal des sports et de la culture de Cernay for the operation of a Category B radio service by terrestrial hertzienne in modulation of Radio Cigogne;
Given the opinion of the National Frequency Agency;
After deliberation, Decides:

Article 1

Annex I to Decision 2005-189 of 22 March 2005 is replaced by the following Annex:

Planning area: Mulhouse.
Frequency: 88.2 MHz.
Issuing site: water reservoir, Loh Hill, 68700 Steinbach.
Site Altitude: 360 meters.
Altitude Of the antenna: 380 meters.
Power (PAR): 1 kW.
Constraints: 1 W in the azimuth sector 80 ° /190 °.
(*) Subject to the favourable opinion of international coordination. "

Article 2

This decision shall be notified to the association Municipal Sports and Culture Office of Cernay and Published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
