DECISION
Decision 2005-957 of 29 November 2005 amending Decision No. 2004-590 of 21 December 2004 for the renewal of the authorisation issued to SA Vortex for l' a radio service of Category D terrestrial hertzian frequency modulation called Skyrock

The Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
In view of the amended Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, and in particular Articles 22 and 25;
In view of Decision No. 2004-590 dated 21 December 2004 renewal of the authorisation issued to SA Vortex for the operation of a Category D radio service by terrestrial radio frequency modulation entitled Skyrock;
In view of the opinion of the Agency National frequency;
After deliberation, Decides:

Article 1


Annex III to Decision No 2004-590 of 21 December 2004 is replaced by the following Annex:

Scheduling Area: Decazeville.
Frequency: 91.6 MHz.
Issuing site: Towercast, Lidit Millagues, 12300 Boisse-Penchot.
Site altitude: 457 metres.
Altitude of the antenna: 486 meters.
Power (PAR): 500 W.
Constraints: 80 W in the 290 ° /350 ° azimuth sector.
(*) Subject to the favourable opinion of international coordination. "

This decision will be notified to SA Vortex and published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
