NOTICE
Notice concerning the extension of the collective agreement for the metal and mechanical engineering industries of Clermont-Ferrand Puy-de-Dôme

Pursuant to Article L. 133-8 of the Labour Code, the Minister for Employment, of Social cohesion and housing plans to take an order to make the provisions of the following agreements compulsory for all employers and employees falling within their scope of application.
The text of these Agreements have been deposited in the departmental directorate of labour, employment and vocational training of the place of their conclusion, where it may be read.
Within 15 days, professional organizations and Any interested persons are requested to provide their comments and opinions on the proposed generalization.
Their communications should be addressed to the Ministry of Employment, Social Cohesion and Housing (DRT, office NC 1), 39-43, quai André-Citroën, 75902 Paris Cedex 15.
Agreements whose extension is envisaged:
Two agreements of 7 November 2005.
Depot:
Departmental Direction of Labour, Employment and Professional Training Puy-de-Dôme, in Clermont-Ferrand.
Object:
Hierarchical Minimum Rooms;
Guaranteed Effective Rates.
Signatories:
UIMM Centre and Sud Auvergne;
Trade union organizations interested in the CFTC and the CFE-CGC.
