By order of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister Delegate to the Budget and State Reform, Government Spokesperson, dated 13 December 2005, Mrs Valérie Alfonsi, inspector of the Public Treasury, is appointed Public Interest Grouping Accounting Officer " National Agency for Combating Illiteracy ", in place of Mr. Jean-Christophe Bernard.
