ARRETE
Decree of 31 December 2003 fixing the rate of the special allowance for civil servants and category C and D officers in judicial services

In light of Decree No. 2000-913 of 20 September 2000 on the award of special compensation for officials and category C and D officers in Function in court services,
Stop:

Article 1


The average rate laid down in Article 1 of the decree of 20 September 2000 referred to above is set at 22 % of the index Average gross body of employees in categories C and D of judicial services.

Article 2


The decree of 30 May 2003 fixing the Rate of the special allowance for civil servants and category C and D officers in judicial services is repealed.

Item 3


The Director of Judicial Services in the Ministry of Justice, the Director General of the Administration and the Public Service and the Director of the Budget are responsible for the execution of the present Which will take effect on 1 January 2004 and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
