ARRETE
Decree of 29 December 2003 approving the agreement concluded between the State and the territorial community of Corsica pursuant to Article 3 of Decree No 2003-716 of 1 August 2003 concerning the terms of Transfer to the territorial community of Corsica and the provision of decentralised services of the State, taken pursuant to Article 30 of Law No. 2002-92 of 22 January 2002 on Corsica

The Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms and the Minister of Local Freedoms,
Given the General Code of Territorial Communities ;
Having regard to Act No. 84-53 of 26 January 1984 as amended laying down statutory provisions relating to the territorial civil service;
Having regard to Act No. 2002-92 of 22 January 2002 on Corsica, in particular Article 30 thereof;
In view of Decree No. 2002-823 of 3 May 2002 concerning the territorial community of Corsica, in particular Article 10;
In view of Decree No 2003-716 of 1 August 2003 concerning the transfer to the territorial Community of Corsica and of making available Deconcentrated services of the State, taken pursuant to Article 30 of Law No. 2002-92 of 22 January 2002 on Corsica, in particular Article 3 thereof;
In view of the deliberation of the Assembly of Corsica as of 30 October 2003;
Given the Convention (1) concluded on 30 October 2003 between the State and the territorial community of Corsica concerning the transfer of decentralised services from the Ministry of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms,
Stop:

Item 1

Approved the Convention entered into on October 30, 2003 (1) between the State and the territorial community of Corsica, in Application of Article 3 of the decree of 1 August 2003, concerning the arrangements for the transfer of the part of the decentralised services of the Ministry of the Interior, the internal security and the local freedoms participating in the instruction of the Tourist ranking requests.

Article 2

This Order will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
