Promotion Order of December 31, 2006

By order of the President of the Republic as of 31 December 2006, taken on the report of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Defence and aimed at his execution by the Grand Chancellor of the Legion of Honour, having regard to the statement of the Council of the Order of 12 December 2006 To the effect that this promotion is made in accordance with the laws, decrees and regulations in force, and in particular Article R. 27 of the Code of the Legion of Honour and the Military Medal, shall be promoted, to take rank from the date of its Receipt, the member belonging to the following active army:
