NOTICE
Notice with respect to the ta' extension of the campaign amendment to the three-year interprofessional agreement concluded in the framework of the Interprofessional Council of Roussillon wines for the campaign 2004-2005

Application of the Article L. 632-4 tacit acceptance procedure (Chapter II) of the Rural Code, relating to agricultural inter-professional organisations, is deemed to be accepted the request for the extension of a campaign endorsement to the three-year interprofessional agreement concluded on 30 September 2004 in the framework of the Council Interprofessional wine of Roussillon for the 2004-2005 campaign and on the partial lifting of the 2003 reserve and the establishment of a reserve of wines from the 2004 harvest.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 41 of the Regulation (EC) No 1493/99 of 17 May 1999, the provisions of the amendment are described below:
" The Interprofessional Council of Wines of Roussillon decides:


Article 1


It is established on the harvest D' appellation d' origine contrôlée " Muscat de Rivesaltes 2004 une mise en réserve Above 20 hectolitres/hectare de vin fait, soit environ 18 hectolitres/hectare de moût.
Release of this reservation will be made by decision of the Board of Direction of the CIVR, on a proposal from the Interprofessional Rivesaltes-Muscat section of Rivesaltes-Grand Roussillon-Maury and in accordance with the provisions of Article 5-1 of the three-year interprofessional agreement approved 2004-2006.
Date Release will be communicated immediately to the administrations concerned.


Article 2


Young farmers who have been installed for less than five years (CVI reference) will be released Additional volume corresponding to 5 hectolitres/hectare applicable of wine made on a maximum area of 4 hectares per farm.
They will therefore be able to benefit from a release of 25 hectolitres/hectare of wine made, or Approximately 22.5 hectolitres/ha of must on 4 hectares, the rest of the operation being subject to the rules of Article 1.


Article 3


a) Winning units that will produce at harvest 2004 A volume of less than 20 hectolitres/hectare (80 % of the authorized annual yield) will be able to release 2003 reserve volumes equivalent to non-produced volumes.
(b) Production units with less than 20 hectolitres of harvest reserve 2003 and having no more stock available in their Chais will be able to apply to the CIVR for the release of this reserve.
