ARRETE
Order of 28 December 2004 approving an amendment to the agreement between the Syndicat des transports d' Ile-de-France and the Régie Autonomic des Transports of Paris relating to the payment of Transport

The Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and the Minister of Equipment, In
of the general code of the territorial authorities, in particular Articles L. 2531-2 to 2531-11, Article R. 2531-1 and Articles D. 2531-2 to 2531-6;
In view of Order No. 59-151 of 7 January 1959 as amended relating to the organisation of passenger transport in Ile-de-France;
Having regard to Decree No. 59-157 of 7 January 1959 relating to the same subject matter;
In view of Decree No. 59-1090 of 23 September 1959, as amended Status of the Syndicat des transports d' Ile-de-France;
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-1561 of 24 December 2002 amending Article D. 2531-6 of the General Code of Local and Regional Authorities fixing the rates of payment of transport in the Ile-de-France region ;
In view of the amended Convention of 3 July 1973 between the Syndicat des transports parisiens and the RATP relating to the payment of transport;
In view of the letter of 30 June 2004 from the Director General of the Syndicat des transports d' Ile-de-France,

Item 1


The lump sum payment rates for the payment of transportation on the basis of the Payment of transport is carried from:
1.70 % to 1.81 % for agents whose place of work is located in the departments of Paris and the Hauts-de-Seine;
1.10 % to 1.18 % for agents whose place of work is located in the Departments of Seine-Saint-Denis and Val-de-Marne;
0.90 % to 0.97 % for agents whose place of work is located in the departments of Essonne, Yvelines, Val-d ' Oise and Seine-et-Marne.

Article 2


The Director of Land Transport at the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Land Use Planning, Tourism and the Sea, the Director General of the local authorities in the Ministry of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms and the Director of the Budget in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry shall each be responsible for The execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
