In the light of Decree No. 85-636 of 25 June 1985 laying down the manner in which undertakings belonging to the sectors of activity which are represented in the National Council of the Transport and transport advisory committees participate in the operating costs of these bodies;
In view of Decree No 85-637 of 25 June 1985 laying down the conditions under which undertakings belonging to the categories represented Transport Advisory Committees in the Ile-de-France region participate in the expenses of these organizations;
In view of the opinion issued by the National Transportation Council,

The amount of contributions to be paid in 2005 by businesses participating in the Commission's operating expenses National transport and advisory committees for transport is set as follows:
1 ° Société nationale des chemins de fer français (SNCF): 466 120 EUR;
2 ° Guided transport lines, other than mechanical lifts, operated by Undertakings for the public transport of goods or persons, with the exception of services operated in the Paris transport region: 0.008 % of the operating revenue for the financial year 2003;
3 ° Governance of transport Parisians (RATP), enterprises members of the professional organisation of transport in Ile-de-France (OPTIL) operating regular road service lines within the jurisdiction of the Paris transport region: 0.000 052 % of revenue Operation of the financial year 2003;
4 ° Urban and non-urban road transport enterprises of persons with the exception of services operated in the Paris transport region: 1.78 euro per vehicle as at 1 January 2005 ;
5 ° Road public transport enterprises of goods and enterprises for the rental of industrial vehicles with drivers intended for the transport of goods:
a) A flat-rate contribution of 17.5 euros per company registered to the 1st January 2005 in the register of road hauliers and louders;
(b) A contribution of 0.47 euro per title or copy of administrative transport title of which the undertaking has as of 1 January 2005;
6 ° Enterprises carrying on an activity EUR 16.45 per principal establishment existing on 1 January 2005 and EUR 2.35 per secondary establishment in addition to the principal place of business on the same date;
7 ° Public transport undertakings Inland navigation: 0.11 euro per transport resulting from a charter contract on travel, time and tonnage;
8 ° Maritime armaments undertakings: 0.001 euro per gross tonnage of vessel existing as of 1 January 2005, belonging to Enterprises or the subject of a bareboat charter or a lease-sale agreement;
9 ° Air public transport enterprises: 0.08 euro per tonne of total weight on take-off of aircraft in service on 1 January 2005;
10 ° Pipeline transport undertakings: 0.39 euro per million tonne-kilometres of products transported in the 2003 financial year.
