DECISION
Decision of 12 December 2003 on the composition and functioning of the committee d' calls of the Commission for the Regulation of Energy

The President of the Energy Regulatory Commission,
In view of Law No. 2000-108 of 10 February 2000 on the modernisation and development of the public electricity service ;
Given the public procurement code, in particular Article 21;
In view of Decree No. 2000-381 of 2 May 2000 on the organisation and operation of the Commission for the Regulation of Electricity,
Decides:

Article 1

The composition of the tender commission of the Energy Regulatory Commission is set as follows: :
(a) Members with deliberative voting rights:
-the Director General, who holds the chair of the tender commission, or his representative;
-the legal director or his representative;
-The director concerned by the subject matter of the Consultation or its representative;
-the Secretary-General or his representative;
-the head of the department concerned by the subject matter of the consultation or his representative;
-one or more agents of the services of the Regulatory Commission Energy, designated by the Chairman of the invitation to tender.
(b) Members with a consultative voice:
-the departmental director of competition, consumption and fraud enforcement;
-any person whose Presence may be considered useful by the Chairman of the Bid Committee.

Item 2

The Bid Committee Meets at the request of its President. Minutes shall be drawn up at each meeting.

Item 3

The Director General of the Regulatory Commission The Energy shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decision, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
