Given the code of social action and families, including article L. 522-14;
Given the Labour Code;
Having regard to Decree No. 2001-498 of 11 June 2001 for the application of Article 27 of Law No. 2000-1207 of 13 December 2000 on Overseas Guidance and on the Income of Solidarity in the Departments Overseas as well as in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon,
Describes:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 1 of the aforementioned Decree of 11 June 2001 on the conditions for the revision of the income of solidarity provided for in Article L. 522-14 of the Code of Social Action and of the Families, the monthly amount of this solidarity income is increased to 432.94 EUR on 1 January 2004.
The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister for Overseas and the Minister Delegate to the Budget and Budget Reform Shall each be responsible for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
