The daily amount of the insertion allowance is set at 9.69 EUR as from 1 January 2004.
The provisions of this Article shall apply to insert allowances paid under the Periods after December 31, 2003.

The daily amount of the specific solidarity allowance is set at EUR 13.76 as from 1 January 2004.
The amount of the increase granted to lessees aged fifty-five years or older and For twenty years of paid employment, to elderly tenants of fifty-seven and a half years or more justifying ten years of paid employment and to the beneficiaries of at least 160 consecutive quarters validated in compulsory schemes Basic old-age insurance or equivalent recognised periods shall be set at EUR 6 as from 1 January 2004.
The provisions of this Article shall apply to specific solidarity allowances paid for periods January 1, 2004.

The daily amount of the equivalent retiring allowance is fixed at EUR 29.70 as of January 2004.

The allocation to beneficiaries of the November 2003 insertion allowance, or December 2003 for those whose entitlement to compensation is opened in this month, is increased by 152.45 EUR.
The allowance for beneficiaries of the single rate solidarity allowance for the month of November 2003, or of December 2003 for those whose right to compensation is opened in this month, is increased by 152.45 EUR.
The special rate-plus solidarity allowance for beneficiaries aged fifty-five or more and justifying twenty years of paid employment, to beneficiaries aged fifty-seven and half or more and justifying 10 years of paid employment as well as those who have at least 160 consecutive quarters validated in the old-age insurance schemes or equivalent recognised periods is increased by EUR 219.53.
The Benefit to Beneficiaries The equivalent retiring allowance for the month of November 2003, or December 2003 for those whose entitlement is opened during this month, is increased by EUR 152.45.

Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and Minister Delegate to Budget and Reform Shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
