ARRETE
Decree of 13 December 2002 amending the decree of 19 February 2001 fixing the amount of the duties allowance of the directors of studies and internships of the regional administrative institute

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of the Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning,
Given the Order in Council No. 2001-159 of 19 February 2001 on the compensation scheme for directors of studies and traineeships of the Regional Administrative Institute;
In the light of the decree of 19 February 2001 fixing the amount of the duties of the directors of studies and Regional Administrative Institute internships,
Stop:

Article 1


Article 1 of the Order of 19 February 2001 is replaced by the following provisions:
" The amount The compensation provided for in Article 1 of the Decree of 19 February 2001 shall be set at EUR 15 245. "

Article 2


The Director General of Administration and the Public Service shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall Take effect from 1 January 2003 and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
