ARRETE
Decree of 13 December 2002 amending the decree of 16 December 1998 fixing the amount of the duties allowance of the directors of the Regional Administrative Institute

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of the Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning,
Given the Order in Council No. 98-1155 of 16 December 1998 on the compensation scheme for directors of the Regional Administrative Institute;
In view of the Decree of 16 December 1998 fixing the amount of the duties of directors of the Regional Administrative Institute,
Stop:

Article 1


Article 1 of the Order of 16 December 1998 is replaced by the following:
" Le The annual amount of the compensation provided for in Article 1 of the Decree of 16 December 1998 shall be fixed at EUR 25 917. "

Article 2


The Director General of Administration and the Public Service shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall Take effect from 1 January 2003 and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
