In light of the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, Together the amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 laying down statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to Decree No. 48-1108 of 10 July 1948 on the hierarchical classification of the ranks and jobs of civilian personnel
the light of Decree No. 99-635 of 21 July 1999 on the conditions for appointment and advancement in the employment of the Secretary-General of the National School of Public Health,
Decline:
Within the limits of the appropriations for this purpose, it is granted a duty allowance to the staff member appointed in the employment of the Secretary General of the National School of Public Health.
The average annual amount of the duty allowance provided for in Article 1 shall be fixed by joint order of the Minister responsible for Social Affairs, the Minister responsible for the budget, the Minister responsible for health and the Minister responsible for the Public Service.
The amount of individual allocations can be modulated between 80 % and 120 % of the annual average amount depending on how to serve.
The assignment of the allowance of duties instituted by this Order shall be exclusive of any other compensation awarded in the same manner.
The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Health, Family and Disability, the Minister of Public service, the reform of the State and spatial planning and the Minister responsible for the budget and budgetary reform shall each have responsibility for the implementation of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of The French Republic.
