Given the general tax code, stop: Article 1 in the departments included in the wine-growing zone B as well as in the following departments: Allier, Hautes-Alpes, Cantal, Charente-Maritime, Corrèze, Côte-d'Or, Drôme, Isère, Loire, Haute-Loire, nièvre, Oregon, Rhône, Saône-et-Loire, Haute-Vienne, Yonne, enrichment by dry sugaring is allowed for fresh grapes and musts of the harvest 2002 provided that the wines produced meet the conditions of production of the wines of country and are intended for commercialization under the names respectively applicable to wines belonging to the latter category.
