The association called "SOS Racisme-Not to my pote" is subject to financial control by the state. Such control shall be exercised by a financial controller designated by the Minister responsible for the budget and placed under his authority.
The Financial Controller shall be consulted on the draft budget and on its amendments during the year. Such documents shall be transmitted to it at least 15 days before their consideration by the deliberative body. The Financial Controller is also consulted on projects having a financial impact which would not be reflected in the draft budget or amending budget decisions.
Subject to the prior approval of the Financial Controller, accompanied by all supporting documents and explanatory notes, in accordance with arrangements adopted by the Financial
: Decisions making changes to the overall workforce included in the association's budget;
-decisions fixing or amending the pay and reimbursement system;
-decisions concerning recruitment and Promotions;
-actions related to mission and hospitality expenses;
-orders, contracts, contracts and conventions, and their endorsements;
-real estate acquisitions and disposals;
-leases and their Endorsements and lease renewals;
-grant and grant decisions;
-decisions to borrow, invest, advance, mortgage, guarantee and loan.
