Decree of 17 December 2002 establishing the hygiene and safety committee of the Ecole nationale supérieure de techniques Advanced and appointment of the representatives of the administration within this Committee

The Minister of Defence,
In the light of Law No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 as amended bearing the rights and obligations of civil servants, Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 Amended laying down statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Given the amended Decree No. 82-452 of 28 May 1982 relating to the Joint Technical Committees;
In the light of Decree No. 82-453 of 28 May 1982 on hygiene And to the safety of work as well as to medical prevention in the civil service;
In view of Decree No. 94-844 of 30 September 1994 on the organization of the Ecole nationale supérieure de techniques Advanced;
In view of the decree of 30 March 2001 Establishing the Joint Technical Committee of the Advanced National Advanced Technical School,
Stop:

Article 1


It is created at the Central Joint Technical Committee of the Ecole nationale supérieure de techniques Advanced un Health and safety committee.

Item 2


In addition to the prevention physician, the Health and Safety Committee is composed as follows: :
-three incumbent representatives, one of whom is the Committee Secretary, and three alternate representatives of the Administration;
-five full representatives and five alternate representatives of the staff.

Administration representatives on the Health and Safety Committee of the National Advanced Technical School are:

Item 4


Representatives of the Staff on the hygiene and safety committee of the Ecole nationale supérieure de techniques Advanced are freely appointed by the trade union organisations regarded as representative in the light of the results of the elections to the Joint Technical Committee Central.

Article 5


The Director of the Advanced National School of Advanced Technology is responsible for the execution of this Order, Which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
