JORF No.. 1 of 1 January 2003 Page Text No. 26. 12 DECREE Decree of 20 December 2002 granting the Prefecture of the Loire-Atlantique derogation from the rules of jurisdiction laid down in blogs r 322 - 1 to R. 322 - 14 of the Code of NOR route: INTD0200705A ELI: http://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/eli/arrete/2002/12/20/INTD0200705A/jo/texte to The Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms and the Minister for Infrastructure , Transport, Housing, Tourism and Sea, Considering the Highway Code, and in particular blogs r 322 - 1 to R. 322 - 14; Considering Decree No.. 82-389 of 10 May 1982 as amended relating to the powers of the commissioners of the Republic and to the action of public services and state institutions in the departments; Considering the decree of November 5, 1984 as amended relating to the registration of vehicles, Order: Article 1 Pursuant to Article R. 322 - 11 of the Highway Code, the prefect of the Loire-Atlantique and by delegation this, the sub-prefect of Ancenis, shall, notwithstanding the jurisdiction rules laid down in blogs r 322 - 1 to R. 322 - 14 of the aforementioned Code, to perform all operations relating to the registration of vehicles and registration certificate says "gray card" for users domiciled in municipalities of the departments of Maine-et-Loire, bordering the Loire-Atlantique, which are listed in Article 2 of this Order. Article 2 The municipalities affected by the exemption in Article 1 of this Order are: Canton Public Champtoceaux Champtoceaux, Drain, La Varenne, Saint-Sauveur-de-Landemont-Landemont, Saint-Laurent-les-Altars, read, Bouzillé and Saint-Christophe-de-la-Couperie. Canton Montrevault Commons Montrevault, La Boissière-sur-Èvre, The Fuilet, Saint-Rémy-en-Mauges, The Puiset-Dore, La Chaussaire, Le Fief-Sauvin, Saint-Pierre-Montlimart, the room-and-Chapelle - Aubry, Chaudron-en-Mauges and Saint-Quentin-en-Mauges. Canton of Saint - Florent - le - Vieil Community of Saint-Florent-le-Vieil, The Marillais, La Chapelle-Saint-Florent, BEAUSSE, St.-Laurent-du-Mottay, Le Mesnil-en-Vallée, Montjean-sur - Loire La Pommeraye, Bourgneuf-en-Mauges, Saint-Laurent-de-la-Plaine and Botz-en-Mauges. Article 3 The derogation provided for in Articles 1 and 2 of this order does not affect the allocation rules registration numbers. Accordingly, when a vehicle is registered under this exemption, it is given a number corresponding to the department in which the holder of the registration certificate is domiciled. Article 4 The provisions of this Order shall not prevent that persons domiciled in commmune mentioned in Article 2 perform all operations relating to the registration of their vehicle in the department where they are domiciled.
