This Order shall apply, subject to the provisions of Article 2 of the Decree of 29 April 2002 referred to above, to the personnel affected:
-in the services referred to in Article 1, 3 ° I, and Those listed on 1 and 2 of Article 5 of the decree of 2 October 1985 referred to above;
-in the territorial services attached to them;
-in the services of the national police under the authority of the police prefect,

The staff referred to in Article 1 above may, at their request, benefit from a time savings account, in accordance with the provisions of the decree of 29 April 2002 mentioned above and in accordance with the special arrangements Provided for in Articles 3 to 7 below of this Order.
The time savings account, which is opened with the Head of Service, is managed by the General Secretariat for Police Administration (SGAP) or the Territorial Administrative and Technical Service (SATP) Competent, under conditions laid down by the instruction of the Minister of the Interior, internal security and local freedoms.
In compliance with the provisions of Article 3 of the aforementioned decree of 29 April 2002, the rules for the feeding of the national police personnel savings account are fixed as well as Following:
The savings-time account is populated, within the limit of twenty-two days a year, by:
-the deferral of working time reduction days;
-the carry-over of annual leave days;
-the deferral of rest days Additional services, within the limit of five days, calculated, each, on the basis of 1/5 of the weekly working time.
For personnel subject to any of the cyclical patterns of work cited in Article 2 of the Order of 3 May, the hourly equivalent of each of the days mentioned above shall be eight hours and twenty-one minutes.
The period of service information, prior to the use of the days paid to the savings account by national police personnel, is at least three times the duration of the leave taken in that capacity. Under no circumstances can this period be less than two months.
When days on the saving-time account are contiguous to days of vacation leave or extended leave days, the period of information prior to the taking of leave that The result is at least equal to three times the overall duration of the said leave.
