By order of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated December 12, 2001, MR. Jean-Yves Sommier, an engineer in chief of agronomy, made available to the secretariat overseas, is appointed departmental director of agriculture and the forest of Essonne as of January 7, 2002, in replacement of M. Jean-Marie Bourgau, Called to other functions.
