Signing delegation order of 31 December 2001

The Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries,
In accordance with Order No. 47-233 dated January 23, 1947, amended authorizing the ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
Seen the Decree of 2 June 1997 on the appointment of the Prime Minister;
In the light of the decree of 4 June 1997 on the composition of the Government;
In the light of the decree of 31 December 2001 on termination of office and appointment to the office of the Minister,
Stop:

Item 1

Permanent Delegation is given to Ms. Monique Saliou, Director of the Cabinet, to sign, on behalf of Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, all acts, orders and decisions, excluding Orders in Council, in respect of cases for which delegation has not been given to persons mentioned in 2 ° and 3 ° of Article 1 of the Decree of 23 January 1947 above.

Article 2

This Order will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
