In view of the November 12, 2001 opinion of the National Committee on the Participation of Employers in the Construction Effort,
Stop:
I.-In the second paragraph of Article 1 of the decree of 16 March 1992, the words: " for operations intended for the housing of disadvantaged persons within the meaning of Article 1 of Act No. 90-449 of 31 May 1990 for the implementation of the right to housing and financed by the subsidies provided for in Articles R. 321-4, R. 323-1 and R. 331-1 of the Construction and Housing Code. 'shall be replaced by the words' for locative operations intended for the housing of disadvantaged persons within the meaning of Article 1 of Act No. 90-449 of 31 May 1990 on the implementation of the right to housing and financed by the Grants provided in R. 321-2, R. 323-1 and R. 331-1 of the Construction and Housing Code. ".
II. -The following paragraph is added after the second paragraph of the same Article:
" This limit shall be increased to 100 per cent. According to the cases provided for in the agreements concluded pursuant to Article L. 313-19 of the Construction and Housing Code, for the purpose of housing improvement operations. "
In the last paragraph of Article 4 of the decree of 16 March 1992, the words: "minister responsible for housing after notice" are deleted.
I.-In the second paragraph of Article 7 of the decree of 16 March 1992, the words: " provided for in articles R. 321-4, R. 322-1 and R. 323-1 of the code of construction and Housing. "Shall be replaced by the words" provided for in Articles R. 321-2 and R. 323-1 of the Construction and Housing Code. ".
II. -The following subparagraph is added after the second paragraph of the Article:
" The amount of money invested in the form of loans in the improvement of housing units referred to in agreements concluded pursuant to the 2 ° of the article L. 313-19 of the code of construction and housing, shall not exceed an amount of 60 000 F per dwelling for persons whose resources are at most equal to 60 % of the ceilings laid down in Article R. 317-3 of the code of construction and The dwelling and an amount of 50 000 F per dwelling when the resources exceed the above limits, within the limit laid down in Article 1 above. "
III. -The last paragraph of the same Article is replaced by the following:
" For improved housing under the second paragraph of II of Article R. 313-17 of the Construction and Housing Code, the maximum rent and the ceiling of The resources of the tenants provided for in III of the same Article shall be those laid down in the Convention provided for in Article L. 351-2 of the Code, namely those laid down in Article 2 (a) and (b) of Annex III to the General Code of Taxes. "
The first sentence of Article 12 of the decree of 16 March 1992 is replaced by the following sentence:
" For the operations of intermediate rental housing referred to in the 2 ° of the I of Section R. 313-17 of the Construction and Housing Code, the maximum rent and the resource ceiling for tenants provided for in III of the same section are those set out in sections R. 391-7 and R. 391-8 of the Construction Code; and Of the house.
