Order of 28 December 2001 amending the order of 3 September 1999 on the financial capacity required for transport commissionaires

Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of Equipment, Transportation and Housing,
In light of Decree No. 90-200 of 5 March 1990 on The exercise of the profession of transport agent, as amended by Decree No. 99-295 of 15 April 1999;
Having regard to Decree No. 2001-1327 of 28 December 2001 adapting the value in euros of certain amounts expressed in francs (Regulatory provisions stemming from decrees in the Council of State: equipment and transport), in particular Article 2;
In the light of the decree of 3 September 1999 on the financial capacity required for freight forwarders,

In Article 1 of the decree of 3 September 1999, the amount of 150 000 F is replaced by the amount of EUR 22 800.
