In view of Regulation No 1103 /97/EC of 17 June 1997 laying down certain provisions relating to the introduction of the euro;
Having regard to Regulation No 974 /98/EC of 3 May 1998 concerning the introduction of the euro;
Having regard to Regulation No 2866 /98/EC of 31 December 1998 concerning the conversion rates between the euro and the currencies of the Member States adopting the euro;
In view of Decree No. 82-968 of 15 November 1982, as amended concerning allowances to be allocated to the Secretary-General and to the rapporteurs close to the National Tourism Council, as well as to the reimbursement of travel expenses incurred by members and agents
the light of Decree No. 86-201 of 11 February 1986, as amended to establish the National Tourism Council;
In the light of the Order of 7 August 1992 laying down the amount of allowances that may be allocated to the Secretary-General and to the Rapporteurs near the National Tourism Council,
Stop:
The order of 7 August 1992 fixing the amount of allowances that may be allocated to the Secretary-General and the Rapporteurs close to the National Tourism Council is amended as follows:
(a) The amount of 25 060 F referred to in Article 1 is replaced by the amount of EUR 3 820;
(b) The unit rate of the vacation referred to in Article 2 (1), The decree of 15 November 1982 of an amount of 18.80 F is replaced by the amount of EUR 2.87;
(c) In Article 2, paragraph 2, the amount of 4 510 F is replaced by the amount of EUR 688 and the amount of EUR 5 640 by the amount of EUR 860.
This Order will enter into force on January 1, 2002.
The Director of Tourism shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
